On Monday we received our long awaited order of three paintings: 1) Velazquez's Crucifixion, 2) Murillo's Virgin of the Rosary, and 3) Caravaggio’s St. Catherine of Alexandria. Having viewed at length the originals of all three during a visit to Madrid this past September (2014), we can attest to the exceptional quality of all three. However, we’d like to especially recognize the Murillo copy by “L DuBois.” Simply stated, we were bowled over. It is truly on par with the original, and we like it even more in certain respects. Thank you for enabling us to continue to enjoy these three masterpieces, which we so dearly love. We look forward to the daily pleasure of viewing them for years to come. Well done!

Having purchased six oil paintings with the super assistance of Adam there and many hours of contemplating my choices from the 40,000-plus available, I was anxious about the quality of both art and frame while I awaited the delivery. It IS a leap of faith when one doesn't even see one actual work and can only hope it's OK...or better. Well, when I was done unwrapping and gawking at each one, I can only say I was stunned and awed by each and every one. The artistry as to color, strokes, fidelity to the original and attention to detail exceeded even my hopes. In a word, they're BEAUTIFUL (simply stated). And I would highly recommend their frames both for quality and price, plus one has full responsibility from the original vendor, including canvas-stretch. All considered, I just don't see how ArtOyster can make any money on the deal but figure, hey, it's not My problem!
